Omg. The can’ts I even.

Like… as much as I love “basic” family dynamics and friendships… to say I have the hugest of huge soft spots for grandparents is barely touching the tip of the iceberg.

And, as a third reminder for the night, I can’t say enough how important - nay, vital - to Wally’s character it is that he says, out loud, how much he loves his grandfather here.

And he gets a verbal declaration back. Ira’s apparently learned to love openly and appreciate his family over the years, too.
