"We’ll certainly have Easter eggs and even more than that. I think I can say, one of the characters will be Edwin Jarvis, who is Howard Stark’s manservant, who goes on to be a tutor to Tony, and therefore is the inspiration for the AI voice and all that. So it’s that kind of interconnectedness that should make peoples ears go … that’s the kind of reaction I want. That’s right."
10 February 2013 was the 10th anniversary of Marvel Double Shot #2, aka The One Where Loki Pranks the Avengers and Is Then Thwarted by Jarvis with a Whoopee Cushion Because Why Not?
(On a distressing note, OMFG 2003 was 10 years ago? ::woe::)
Songbird is offered Avengers membership.
[from Avengers/Thunderbolts (2004) #6]
I guess if Mel ever joined the Avengers it would be extremely awkward between her and Jarvis and their interactions would be very strained.
But I also think if there’s any member of the T-bolts that Jarvis would most likely forgive, it would be Mel.
y’all best respect jarvis
Hell yes, Jarvis is an Avenger.
Jarvis what are you…
All my love for Sersi the most human of the Eternals. I just loved her lovely, carefree, joyful, and exuberant personality. I love reading stories with Sersi (especially Neil Gaiman’s The Eternals, I loved that)
And I thought it was cute how she crushed on Steve and made him squirm and all nervous, but that’s what he gets for accidentally traveling to the Mesopotamia era, saving Gilgamesh and giving the thousand(s?) year old little girl a crush on him.
Jarvis: The Avengers’ Loyal Servant
Love Jarvis and it used to make me a bit of a sad Panda that he was an AI program in the Movieverse (and in the Avengers cartoon) mainly because there’s some good character interaction potential loss in there (got over that though).
[Marvel Double Shot #2]
Yes, this is a thing.
Jarvis is the best!
