Well from what I’ve read in the comics he’s pretty unresponsive and cold when confronted with sex, it could be from his clone programming? Repression? Him being emotionally stunted. Since he was cloned to be the perfect Judge, and Judges really frown upon Judges having intimate relationships (only Psi Judges are allowed) I guess Dredd has no time or interest for any of that.

I guess He can probably do the striptease (especially if it is for the Law) but he would be very awkward, stiff and menacing about it.
