Batman vs Captain America…EPIC. 

I will always love this scene, not because of the really awesome evenly matched fight (although that was a big part of it) but just how during the whole hero vs hero brawlfest they decided that fighting was stupid and then they just quietly slipped away and let everyone duke it out while they teamed up to do some detective work.

And I just love how they read each other’s body language perfectly now I want Steve to spar with Cassandra Cain and ugh they can’t because different universes.

And I know people usually say that Steve and Clark would get along perfectly (lol they haven’t read this comic) and Bruce with Tony, but I always thought Steve and Bruce would be a better match for each other than they would with Clark and Tony. Both martial artists men who worked hard to get where they were, share very similar ideals (though Steve might go a little farther than Bruce when it comes to a very dangerous villain and also he uses guns) dead sidekick who came back to life and then there’s a whole bunch of other coincidences….

Really, Bruce and Steve would have much to talk about (during a good sparring session of course).
